Wouldnt it be nice to be a duck
Never reading any book.
Bobbing about all day
Not caring if it were May!
Ahh yes, a ducks life is for me
for id be called Lee you see...
Id waddle along into town
you wont see me with a frown
I would stop and buy loaves of bread
then waddle back and rest my head
out fishing most of the day
will totally be home in time to play
This poem about ducks was totally inspired by the ducks we spotted bobbing up and down on the way to the bench.
While walking along we got thinking about what kind of animal it would be nice to be!
Well the tide was in so we had to veer of the beach slightly, and wow are we glad we did. This bench boasts panoramic views across the bay, it is well built (out of plastic for some reason) and has a dedication which is always nice to see...
This sturdy bench seems well over engineered, but having said that it does have to withstand gale force winds, high tides and the odd duck. The stone circle next to the bench is not guaranteed, but you could always build your own!

The views are probably normally more spectacular than they were today, the weather was a bit overcast and very windy!
BenchMark: 4/5 this bench gives a lovely spot to sit, it is well kept and east to get to from the beach or the path... however loses points as it collects water, and as it is in Cumbria and on the beach this is not the best design in the world. Recommendation: Take a towel with you...
